MOULDER MACHINE
The moulder, by means of 2 or 4 polyamide rollers, shapes the dough, which is made flat with cushion, in desired length and thickness. The roller setting can be changed in the range of 0-30 mm without stage. A spring scrapper is available on the rollers to prevent dough sticking.
The dough can be shaped in the length of 420 mm thanks to the long-life, polyester woven increased strength conveyor band and adjustable roller group. Curling chain and associated parts are made of stainless steel. The machine has a capacity of 2500 pieces of dough shaping per hour.
